HOW WILL MY DONEUR
BE CHOSEN?
Your donor will be chosen according to your physical characteristics: hair color and texture, eye and skin color, blood type... A detailed sheet will be given to you on the day of the transfer.
CAN I REQUEST COVERAGE FOR MY MAP DONE AT GIREXX FROM MY HEALTH INSURANCE FUND?
Absolutely: many patients make what is called a request for coverage of planned care abroad. This request allows single mothers to obtain a partial refund of their PMA at Girexx.
I WISH TO HAVE SEVERAL CHILDREN FROM THE SAME DONOR...
Rest assured, this is a frequent request. If you wish to have several children from the same donor, you must reserve the straws. Important: talk to your coordinator before the first attempt!
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY PREGNANCY TEST?
We advise you to take a blood test on the 14th day after your IAD:
If this is positive, do a second 48 hours later to check that the hormone HCG has increased.
If unfortunately this is negative, we will be available to discuss it with you.
